cocoa beach dance marathon
Dance Marathon at Cocoa Beach (or CBDM) is the largest student-run philanthropy at Cocoa Beach. CBDM is part of the national Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon movement, raising funds for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Our year-long efforts conclude each spring with a 6-hour Dance Marathon, where 7th-12th grade students come together to celebrate their efforts made for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since 2019, we have raised over $100,000! Every cent raised goes towards our hospital’s greatest need at the time. This includes medical treatments, care and research, as well as everyday items to make the hospital feel more comfortable for its patients. We strive to live by the words and legacy of the late Arnold Palmer, who said,
“WE CAN DO BETTER, AND WE SHOULD DO BETTER FOR THE CHILDREN OF OUR COMMUNITY.”
